Telangana currently makes up 5% of India’s GDP, with its Gross Value Added (GVA) surpassing the national average in the last year. The state has already attracted investments of ₹3.2 lakh crore in just 18 months.
The Minister has a bold goal: to grow the life sciences industry to be worth $250 million in five years. To reach this, a new policy will be introduced. Hyderabad stands out as the only Indian city in the Global Life Sciences Atlas, highlighting its global importance.
Babu emphasized their focus on equipping young people with the skills and tools needed for the bio-digital future. This commitment strengthens Telangana’s position as a leader in life sciences innovation and investment.
