Hyderabad is setting an example for other states in India with its focus on ‘value-based growth’, according to State IT and Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu. He encourages business leaders to invest in Telangana, highlighting its supportive atmosphere for industrial progress.
The Minister spoke at the start of the three-day event ‘JITO Connect 2025’ held at Hitex and HICCs, organized by the Hyderabad chapter of JITO. Notable attendees included Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Union Coal and Mines Minister G Kishan Reddy.
Minister Sridhar Babu noted that previously, industrialists invested based on governmental incentives. Now, they evaluate thoroughly, considering whether growth is ethical, inclusive, and sustainable. Telangana is proactive, creating its future and offering abundant opportunities for industries, he explained. He invited potential investors to visit Telangana to see its potential before choosing other locations. Collaborating with the Jain community’s service spirit could lead to the ethical growth model the world seeks.
He advised young entrepreneurs that a true unicorn impacts millions, not just financially but also socially. Prominent figures like yoga guru Ramdev Baba, BJP state president Ramachandra Rao, and JITO representatives Rohit Kothari, Lalit Chopra, Vishal Anchalia, BL Bhandari, and Sushil attended the event.
