Several temples in Telangana have been neglected for years, with little effort from the government to improve them. Yamuna Pathak, a prominent leader of the BJP, believes that there are many temples in the state with rich heritage that have been overlooked.
The authorities’ neglect has made it difficult to obtain proper documents for these temples, as many of them are privately owned. As a result, the history and significance of these temples are not well known to the public.
