BJP National General Secretary and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar had to cancel his visit to Vijayawada because his flight from Hyderabad to Gannavaram was delayed for over four hours. Sanjay was supposed to attend the ‘Voter Chetan Abhiyan’ programme organized by the BJP in Vijayawada. However, he will now deliver his address virtually for the Andhra Pradesh party unit.
The BJP has plans to encourage Sanjay to visit Andhra Pradesh frequently and speak at party meetings as the party’s national General Secretary. Sanjay is known for his strong rhetoric on communal issues, which often sparks political controversies.
