    The second phase of eye examinations took place on Tuesday at the Kodair Kasturba School in Kollapur division. This event focused on students from 5th to 10th grade.

    During the check-ups, students learned about the importance of eye health and the necessary precautions they should take. A total of 229 students were examined.

    Out of the 229 students, 20 were found to have vision issues. The medical team, including Medical Officers Dr. Narahari and Vinod Kumar, Ophthalmologist Kotra Balaji, and Special Officer Kavitha, participated in the program.

    Other staff members, such as School Staff Nurse Chennamma, Health Assistant Prakash, Pharmacist Bhagyalakshmi, ASHA workers, and additional staff, also contributed to the event.

    The medical team announced that the identified students would soon receive glasses provided by the government.
