The Telangana State Haj Committee has prepared the Haj House in Nampally for the upcoming Haj-2024 pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia. They will be taking care of nearly 11,500 Haj pilgrims from 17 states this season, departing from Hyderabad.

This year, the State Haj Committee received 11,313 applications from Telangana. Through a draw of lots, 8,239 were selected. Over 5,000 of these pilgrims are from Hyderabad. A total of 11,464 Hajis will be departing from Hyderabad, with special flights scheduled from May 9 to May 26.

Chairman Syed Ghulam Afzal Biyabani Khusro Pasha and other officials inspected the Haj House to ensure all arrangements are in place. The facility can accommodate up to 700 members at a time.
