257 Presiding Officers and Assistant Presiding Officers in Nagar Kurnool district skipped election training classes. The Collector, Uday Kumar, gave them three days to explain their absence or face disciplinary action under the law.
The training took place from April 3 to 8 at the District Collectorate for four different assemblies. Due to the high number of absences, Collector Uday Kumar is considering taking action against those who did not attend.
