The Andhra Pradesh High Court has postponed the hearing on the anticipatory bail petition of former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to November 22. This is in relation to the Amaravati Inner Ring Road (IRR) scam case. The Advocate General Subramanyam Sriram assured the court that the Government will not arrest Naidu on a PT warrant in the IRR case. However, he requested an adjournment because Naidu is currently on interim bail in the skill development scam case.
