Union Minister of State for Home, Bandi Sanjay Kumar criticized former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for disrespecting Justice Narasimha Reddy, who is leading the government-appointed committee investigating power purchase irregularities during the BRS regime.
Kumar condemned KCR for not showing basic respect to the commission appointed by the state government while he was the Chief Minister. He mentioned that despite the defeat of BRS in the State Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, KCR’s arrogance persisted.
The Minister emphasized the importance of respecting the legal procedures and institutions set up by the government. He called out KCR for his actions towards Justice Narasimha Reddy and the committee investigating the power purchase deals.
