Work to Speed Up De-silting of Bhadrakali Lake

Officials in Warangal are making efforts to clean and restore Bhadrakali Lake. On Wednesday, Hanumakonda District Collector P. Pravinya visited the lake to oversee the de-silting work that recently began. She was accompanied by Warangal District Collector Satya Sarada and Municipal Commissioner Ashwini Tanaji Wakade.

The two collectors reviewed the progress of the de-silting project along with officials from the irrigation, revenue, and Kakatiya Urban Development Authority (KUDA) departments. The goal is to restore the lake to its full capacity by removing silt and other waste materials.
