Hyderabad: The National Institute of Geo-informatics Science and Technology (NIGST) in Hyderabad has earned accreditation from the National Standards for Civil Services Training Institute (NSCSTI), part of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC). This honor highlights NIGST’s dedication to providing top-notch education and training in Geospatial Sciences and Technology.

A detailed evaluation was conducted on May 27 and 28 by a team led by Ch Venkateswara Rao from CBC, New Delhi. They reviewed NIGST’s training programs and activities. As a result, NIGST received the prestigious “UTTAM” level recognition.

The assessment focused on NIGST’s compliance with the eight key pillars of NSCSTI.
