Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is getting ready to install a statue of Telangana Talli at the State Secretariat. This decision has come during an ongoing political disagreement between the ruling Congress party and the opposition BRS.
On Tuesday, CM Revanth inspected the Secretariat premises to choose a suitable spot for the statue. He has already announced that the statue will be installed on December 9 this year.
Earlier in the day, while participating in the birth anniversary celebrations of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, CM Revanth reiterated his commitment to installing the Telangana Talli statue.
During his inspection, the Chief Minister discussed with officials the best location for the statue, as well as the space and design requirements. He emphasized the importance of the statue reflecting the culture of Telangana and directed the officials to prepare a detailed plan.
