Nagarkurnool: The District Election Officer Collector P. Uday Kumar urged immediate responses to complaints received at the Parliament Election Control Room. He made this suggestion to authorities during a visit to the Integrated Election Control Room at the Collectorate on Monday.
The complaints received at the control room and the actions taken were reviewed, including those received through the C vigil app and the 1950 toll-free number. Details of how these complaints were addressed were also examined.
Officials informed the collector that 8 complaints had been received and resolved through the C vigil app, while 28 complaints came through the toll-free number. Additionally, out of 36 complaints received by NGRS, 34 had been resolved.
The collector emphasized the importance of resolving every complaint promptly and ordered concerned officers to address each one within the specified timeframe without neglecting any. He was accompanied by EDM Naresh, NIC Coordinator Harshad, and other officials during the visit.
