Mahabubnagar: In a significant development for community leadership in Telangana, Dorepalli Lakshmi Ravinder Mudiraj has been unanimously chosen as the State Women’s President of the Telangana Mudiraj Sangham. She is the former Municipal Chairperson of Jadcherla.
The selection took place at the Sangham’s state headquarters with key leaders and women representatives present. State President Jaganmohan Mudiraj led the proceedings. The state committee’s unanimous decision highlights their trust in Lakshmi Mudiraj. After her election, Jaganmohan Mudiraj presented her with the appointment letter and congratulated her.
Lakshmi Mudiraj expressed deep gratitude to the committee for their unanimous support. She promised to work hard for the empowerment of the Mudiraj community, focusing on women and their social and political growth. She thanked Jaganmohan Mudiraj for his confidence in her and specially mentioned Padala Rajnikanth Mudiraj, President of the Mahabubnagar District Mudiraj Sangham, for his vital support.
Jaganmohan Mudiraj praised the committee’s unity in electing Lakshmi Mudiraj and wished her success. He hoped her leadership would strengthen the women’s wing and elevate the organization’s status.
The event saw the presence of many notable leaders. Sanjanolla Narasimhulu Mudiraj, the State Joint Secretary, and Gonela Srinivas, President of the Mahabubnagar District Telangana Fishermen’s Association, attended. Swaroopa Mudiraj, the Vikarabad District Women’s President, along with community leaders Yadagiri Mudiraj, Sunil Mudiraj, Ganesh Mudiraj, and Ravi Mudiraj were also there.
Representatives such as Sunitha Mudiraj and Gayatri Bhavani Mudiraj from Mahabubnagar, as well as Srishaila Mudiraj and Bharat Mudiraj from Jadcherla, participated in the event. The unanimous election of Dorepalli Lakshmi Mudiraj is viewed as a positive stride toward enhancing women’s leadership within the Mudiraj community throughout Telangana.
