In Rangareddy, two election expenditure observers appointed by the EC visited the office of the returning officer in Rajendranagar to monitor cash flow during campaigning in the Chevella LS segment. The observers, Senthil Kumaran and Rajeev Chawra, met with election officials including the district election officer, additional collector, ASOs, and nodal officers to discuss monitoring suspicious financial transactions and ensuring candidates abide by the code of conduct.

During the meeting, the observers emphasized the importance of recording all campaign expenses and reporting any attempts to influence voters through the cVIGIL app. They instructed that all incidents should be documented with pictures and videos in English for a strong case against violators.
