Hyderabad: A special event called ‘Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan’ took place on Wednesday at the Hyderabad Metro Rail office in Rasoolpura. This initiative was part of a call from the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
NVS Reddy, the Managing Director of Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL), led the staff and officials in taking a pledge. He encouraged everyone to join forces in the fight against drug abuse, highlighting the active role of Hyderabad Metro Rail in this effort.
Those who took the pledge promised to report any individuals involved in drug-related activities, such as selling, buying, or illegally transporting drugs, to the authorities. They also committed to supporting the Telangana government’s goal of creating a drug-free society. The participants vowed to do their utmost to help make the nation free from drugs.
