Gadwal: The Gadwal Rural Police are making significant efforts to reduce crime by inspecting vehicles thoroughly. Rural Sub-Inspector Ch. Srikanth and his team are leading these checks, following orders from the District Superintendent of Police.
They conduct these inspections in both the morning and evening to catch any criminal activities and enforce Drunk and Drive laws. SI Srikanth told reporters that each vehicle undergoes a detailed check, and violators face strict consequences.
“We are diligently inspecting vehicles every day, focusing on morning and evening hours,” explained SI Srikanth. “Anyone caught breaking Drunk and Drive regulations is charged accordingly.”
During the inspections, police carefully check for suspicious behavior or any legal breaches. Offenders found during Drunk and Drive checks are immediately booked.
Assistant Sub-Inspector Venkateshwar Reddy and other officers support SI Srikanth in these operations, working hard to keep the community safe and ensure road safety.
This initiative aims to enhance public security, decrease crime rates, and maintain traffic safety throughout the Gadwal area.
