“Health Department Issues Notice to Unauthorized ENT Clinic in Gadwal After Inspection”

On Monday, government medical staff inspected an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) clinic in Gadwal’s district center near the Old Bus Stand. The clinic was found to be operating without the required permissions, violating the Clinical Establishments Act, 2010, and Rules, 2011. Because of this, a notice was issued to the clinic’s management and the qualified doctor in charge.

The inspection was conducted under the guidance of District Medical and Health Officer Dr. S.K. Siddappa. The team involved in the inspection included Dr. K. Naveen Kumar Reddy, the District Medical and Health Officer, Program Officer K. Madhusudhan Reddy, Dr. Sumit Chandra Reddy, who is an Epidemiologist, Narsayya, a Health Assistant, and other medical staff from the Health Department.

The officials emphasized that operating a medical clinic without the proper registration is against the law, and necessary actions will be taken to ensure compliance with the regulations.
