    Hyderabad: Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy, along with BJP State President N. Ramchander Rao and MLC Chinna Mile Anjireddy, visited the scene of a recent boiler explosion at Sigachi industry in Pashamylaram. They gathered information about the accident and checked on the help given to the families affected. Later, they visited the injured at Dhruva Hospital in Patancheru.

    Kishan Reddy expressed sorrow over the loss of 36 lives, stating that such a tragic event is rare in Hyderabad. He mentioned that 46 bodies had been recovered, with 13 people still missing. He stressed the need for a detailed investigation into safety protocols in similar industries. He urged that political debates should not occur now and asked the government to inspect companies for safety compliance.

    He talked about the workers who left their villages for jobs and lost their lives, urging the responsible company to aid the affected families. The BJP shared its sympathy with the bereaved families and promised to arrange help for them.

    Kishan Reddy reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing aid and stressed the need to improve safety measures in industries. This includes setting up local medical facilities and ambulance services. He also assured that assistance would be sought from the Chief Ministers of the states where the deceased workers belonged.
