Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences in Hyderabad announced the start of counselling for MBBS and BDS seats through the convener quota on Tuesday.
Students interested in this counselling must register on the university’s website from 8 am on July 16 to 6 pm on July 25. During registration, students need to upload their caste and locality certificates. After verifying these documents, the university will release a list of eligible state students and begin the web options process.
The convener quota fills 85% of seats in government medical colleges and 50% in private medical colleges.
The university’s notification invites online applications from students who passed the NEET UG-2025 for undergraduate medical and dental courses for the 2025-26 academic year.
Qualifying criteria by category are: General (including EWS) need a 50th Percentile with a score of 144; SC/ST/BC and PWD candidates from these categories need a 40th Percentile with a score of 113; persons with disability (OC) need a 45th Percentile with a score of 127.
