Former MLC Konda Murali stated that Parakala MLA Challa Dharma Reddy, who made a living selling Nandi pipes, does not have the right to speak about him. Murali claimed that he will go wherever he wants and asked Reddy if he knows the gate of his house. Murali also said that Reddy has no right to criticize him because Reddy changed parties to rise to the top.
Murali shared an incident where Reddy insulted a female sarpanch named Saujanya, who came to him in tears. Murali promised to make Saujanya an MP and kept his word. Murali warned Reddy that power is temporary and it is not wise to be arrogant with power.
Murali claimed that there are only three BCs in the Congress party in Warangal, and he and Konda Surekha are two of them. He guaranteed that both of them will receive tickets from the Congress party. Murali challenged Reddy to try and stop him from campaigning bravely in Parakala and winning over Surekha.
Murali also criticized the TRS culture of touching feet, saying that he would only bow to Brahmins and not Sannasis. He emphasized that he has high self-esteem.
