Hyderabad: On Friday, Medicover Hospitals, known for its broad healthcare services, hosted a significant event focusing on “Brain Death and Organ Donation.” This program aimed to address the complexities and misunderstandings surrounding organ donation and the concept of brain death.
Dr. Ganshyam Jagathkar, the Director of Critical Care at Medicover Hospitals, opened the event. He highlighted the need to connect clinical expertise with public understanding. Lalitha Raghuram, the Country Director of the MOHAN Foundation, delivered the keynote speech, urging for better awareness and dispelling myths about organ donation.
