Hyderabad: Miyapur police quickly acted to arrest two men involved in stealing electrical wires. The thefts took place at construction sites in Miyapur, Gachibowli, and nearby areas.
Complaints about wire thefts led to a detailed investigation. As a result, the police identified and captured the culprits.
The suspects, K. Dilip Kumar from Suraram and Nishal Karelkar from Hafeezpet, both cab drivers, were caught stealing. They took 81 bundles of Finolex electrical wires by breaking locks at construction sites. The stolen wires were then sold at scrap shops in Madinaguda and Secunderabad.
