Hyderabad: On Monday, T Jagga Reddy, the working president of Telangana PCC, criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi for allegedly yielding to US President Donald Trump. He contrasted this with former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, who he said stood firm against the US and made Pakistan submit.
Reddy accused the BJP government of inaction after terrorists from Pakistan entered Kashmir and killed 26 people. He questioned why Rahul Gandhi was blamed for these failures. He demanded answers from Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay, warning of retaliation if they remained silent.
He defended Rahul Gandhi, noting his call for a parliamentary session to seek answers was not a crime. He accused Modi of compromising with Trump while falsely blaming Rahul Gandhi’s family. Reddy highlighted that Modi made a secret visit to Pakistan, contrasting it with Rahul Gandhi, who never visited the country.
Reddy urged the BJP to apologize for spreading false information about Rahul Gandhi. He claimed the BJP was shocked by these allegations. He criticized Kishan Reddy and Bandi Sanjay for attacking Rahul instead of addressing his questions. He also questioned how terrorists managed to enter Kashmir and kill 26 people without Modi addressing the nation.
Reddy recounted an incident where people expected Modi to announce a war, but it was Trump who declared a ceasefire. He called it shameful that Trump made the announcement instead of Modi. Reddy noted that after Trump’s announcement, Indira Gandhi’s legacy trended on social media, with people opposing Modi’s compliance with Trump.
He accused Modi of going to Pakistan secretly on Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s birthday and questioned the appropriateness of this visit. Reddy asked why Modi didn’t identify the person responsible for the attack that killed 26 people. He criticized the BJP leaders in Telangana for being deceitful, claiming they lacked intelligence and were full of conspiracies.
