The Basketball Court at Railway Degree College was inaugurated on 11.05.2024 by the Chief Guest, Sri. G. R. S. Rao, Chief Personnel Officer (Admn.), SCR, Secunderabad. He encouraged students to excel in both academics and sports for overall development, and noted that the new court would boost enthusiasm among the students.
During the inauguration, Sri M. B. Muralidhar, Dy. Chief Personnel Officer (IR), SCR, discussed various topics including Guest Faculty, Infrastructure Facilities, Cleanliness initiatives, introduction of new courses like BBA and B.Com. (Finance), installation of 24 CCTV Cameras, and the launch of the college website to raise awareness about Railway Degree College and enhance its reputation.
Special invitee Dr. G. Bhashyam joined the event, where Dr. Sopan Kasinath, Principal of Railway Degree College, motivated students to focus on their studies and participate in sports and games at the college. He expressed his vision to uphold the college’s esteemed reputation amidst changing times.
