A new Congress government has been established in Telangana state after the people voted for it. However, questions arise about the value of elections and votes when they can be bought with money.

The significance of a political leader who can purchase votes with illicit money is also in question. Additionally, the value of democracy is challenged when voters and leaders are bought and sold.

Changing players in the game may not bring about real change if the rules remain the same. It is also concerning when leaders from opposing parties are allowed to join the new government.

People, especially in the Alampur Constituency, are concerned about these joinings and view them as chameleon-like behavior. They question whether this is just old wine in a new bottle.
