A smoke came out of the B4 coach of the Secunderabad – Tirupati Padmavati train near Kazipet on Saturday, causing panic among passengers. It happened after the train passed Ghanpur station, and passengers alerted the staff.
As a safety measure, the train was stopped at Kazipet for around an hour and a half. An inspection revealed that the smoke was due to a leaking battery cap. The staff fixed the issue quickly, and the train was allowed to continue its journey.
The train departed from Kazipet at around 10 pm without any injuries or major disruptions. All passengers were safe thanks to the prompt response of the staff, who effectively handled the situation and prevented any potential danger.
