Peddlers arrested as police confiscate Ganja in Nalgonda

The police caught a group of people in Nalgonda who were transporting a large amount of Ganja in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district on Monday. The Bhuvanagiri police stopped the group while they were smuggling Ganja from Vizianagaram to Mumbai in a car. Four people were arrested and 120 kg of Ganja, three mobile phones, and the car they were using were taken by the police. The gang members were sent to jail after being arrested.

DCP Rajesh Chandra, who is in charge of the Bhuvanagiri Zone, said that the Ramannapet police discovered the group during vehicle checks based on information provided by the Special Operations Team (SOT) police.
