    Congress leader Rahul Gandhi met with Manipur Governor Anusuiya Uikey at the Raj Bhavan in Imphal on Friday. After the meeting, Gandhi appealed to all sections of society to prioritize peace in Manipur, stating that violence is not a solution. He described the events in Manipur as a tragedy that is painful for both the state and the country.

    Gandhi expressed his commitment to helping bring peace to Manipur, stating that he will assist in any way he can. He also shared his empathy for the people of Manipur and acknowledged the sadness and pain caused by the situation. Gandhi visited various relief camps in Imphal, Churachandpur, and Moirang, where he had meetings with people from different communities.
