The summer weather in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has taken an unexpected turn. Instead of the usual heat, many areas are now facing heavy rain and strong winds, causing worry among residents.
The Meteorological Department has shared an important update about the shifting weather in both states. While some regions continue to deal with hot conditions, others are being hit hard by rainstorms and gusty winds.
In Telangana, the Hyderabad Meteorological Centre predicts cooler weather over the next three days. Temperatures could drop by up to 4°C below normal. Officials have issued a yellow alert for 14 districts, warning of possible weather-related disruptions. Light to moderate rain is also expected to continue through tomorrow.
Over in Andhra Pradesh, the Amaravati Meteorological Centre reported that several places will see light showers, thunder, and winds blowing at 40–50 km/h today. Tomorrow, temperatures could climb to 40–42°C, and the heat may intensify even more in the coming days.
Residents across both states are advised to stay updated with weather alerts and take necessary precautions.
