In Hyderabad, the Telangana State government is taking steps to help unemployed youth by offering training in the LPG sector. The government organization, SETWIN, has started a three-day training program for LPG mechanics and delivery boys. This initiative is being conducted with the support of the Telangana LPG Distributors Association and was launched at Indian Oil Bhavan.
Harkara Venugopal Rao, an advisor to the Telangana State government, mentioned that these new courses are a great opportunity for unemployed youth. He believes that training under SETWIN’s leadership will help young people find stable careers.
N Giridhar Reddy, the chairman of SETWIN, highlighted that their organization already provides various training programs in fields like electrical, electronics, civil, mechanical, mobile, and computer courses. By adding LPG training, they aim to brighten the future prospects for unemployed youth.
According to Reddy, those who complete the LPG training will have numerous job opportunities both in India and abroad. This will greatly enhance their chances of gaining employment.
K Venugopal Rao, the managing director of SETWIN, explained that their courses focus on self-employment and skill development. Young men and women who join these courses can gain professional skills and better employment opportunities.
Rao emphasized that the new LPG courses will help build self-confidence in the youth, allowing them to become self-reliant. The training initiative aims to secure a brighter future for them.
The event saw participation from several notable figures, including State Level Coordinator DGM Ravindra Kumar and representatives from Indian Oil Corporation, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, and Bharat Petroleum Corporation. Leaders from the Telangana LPG Distributors Association were also present.
