Shilparamam plans to celebrate Bengali New Year today

Members of Uttaran Bangiya Samiti are getting ready to celebrate the Bengali New Year at Shilparamam in Hyderabad. The event, called ‘Uttarang’, will showcase Bengali culture through dance, music, and a traditional fair featuring stalls selling handicrafts and other items.
