Hyderabad: The food safety wing of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) inspected Sindhura East Court at Raghavendra Nagar on Monday. This inspection happened after a complaint was made about finding a cockroach in a dosa.
During the inspection, the food safety officials found several problems at the establishment. They noticed issues with hygiene, sanitation, and record-keeping. They also found expired food items and detected the use of food colors in the kitchen.
The office of the Additional Commissioner (Health) of GHMC issued a show cause notice to the management of Sindhura East Court. The notice asks them to explain these violations. Further action will be taken against the establishment according to the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
