108 Telugu students from Manipur arrived at Hyderabad’s Shamshabad Airport on a special flight, with the help of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments. A total of 157 students were evacuated from Manipur on Monday. Two special buses have been arranged to transport the students from Hyderabad to their hometowns.
Another special flight will take 49 students to Kolkata, where the AP authorities have made arrangements for them to be transported to Hyderabad. The government has sent two officers to Kolkata to assist the AP students. The government has provided flight tickets for the students and is covering all food and transport expenses.
