Hyderabad: Are teachers in the State universities lacking the prowess to bring into existence the wealth in the form of money or property for encounter needs of the States and the country? Should the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) be operating or functioning by taxpayers’ currency be called for accountability and transparency?
