Tour operators and travel agents in Telangana have been asked to quickly give the details of people who have recently traveled to Jammu and Kashmir. This will help the government keep track of tourists and offer help when needed.

The helpline will be available continuously to assist tourists and their families. Friends and relatives are also encouraged to call the helpline numbers to share any useful information.

Officials said that there were no calls to the helpline on the first day it was announced. Around 80 tourists are believed to be stranded, and the government expects more calls to come in starting Friday.
