A meeting of the Telangana State Minority Employees Service Association (TSMESA) was held on Sunday at the Girls Junior College in Nampally. This meeting was for members from the Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy units. The main focus was to discuss various issues faced by minority employees in the state, especially those who are part of TSMESA.
During the meeting, members talked about their daily work experiences. They shared the challenges they face at work and suggested possible solutions. Several long-standing issues were also discussed. The meeting was led by Md Abdul Farooq Ahmed, the founder and state president of TSMESA, along with Honorary President Khaja Moinuddin and Additional General Secretary Md Nayeemuddin.
Other important attendees included Hyderabad District President Md Chand Pasha and several office bearers from different TSMESA subunits, such as Ajaz Ahmed, Shareef Khan, and Shaik Ayub. The discussion also focused on creating a more professional work environment for the members. Abdul Farooq mentioned that the association would bring these employee issues to the attention of the relevant officials.
He further stressed the importance of young employees learning new skills that are helpful for their work. Training programs on these skills will be provided to help them improve in their respective departments.
