Hyderabad: In a major commercial real estate development, WeWork India, a leading flexible workspace provider, has signed a ₹475.49 crore managed office deal with T-Mobile US (TMUS) for a large-scale workspace in Hyderabad.

The deal covers approximately 250,348 square feet of office space spread across five floors at the Phoenix H10 building in the city’s prime IT corridor. The facility is designed to accommodate around 1,507 workstations, making it one of the significant enterprise workspace deals in Hyderabad.

The agreement is for a 60-month term, with a 42-month lock-in period, indicating a long-term commitment from the telecom major towards its India operations. The managed workspace model allows companies to operate fully serviced offices without handling infrastructure directly.
