Gadwal: Yoga is more than just exercise. It is a complete practice for the body, mind, and spirit, according to Pacharla Thimmareddy, Headmaster of Zilla Parishad High School, Medikonda. He highlighted that yoga began in India and has been an important part of the nation’s culture for thousands of years.

Today, the school celebrated International Yoga Day with a special yoga session. Physical Director Jagadeesh led the event, where students learned different yoga poses.

Headmaster Thimmareddy described yoga as a holistic lifestyle that connects the body, mind, and soul. He pointed out several health benefits of regular yoga practice, such as:
