Hyderabad: The Cycling Community of Hyderabad held a meeting on Saturday near the Musi River, close to Osmania General Hospital. This event was part of the Hyderabad Cycling Revolution version 4.0.
Around 250 members of the community gathered near a historic tree that dates back to 1908. This tree is famous for saving 150 people during past floods. Mohammed Haseeb spoke about the historical importance of the Musi River and the tree during the meeting.
Students actively participated in the event. With the State Government’s announcement of a project to rejuvenate the Musi River, the cycling community decided to launch an awareness campaign. They emphasized the importance of the Musi River as the lifeline of the city. Haseeb mentioned that these meetings would continue in the future.
