The construction of National Highway-563, which connects Jagtial to Khammam, is currently underway with a major focus on the Karimnagar-Warangal section. This 68 km stretch is being converted into a four-lane road, with 7 km already completed. Land acquisition is almost finished, with 258.67 hectares of land required in Karimnagar district for the highway. Farmers and residents in Kesavapatnam, Manakondur, and Kothapalli mandals have been fighting for fair compensation for their land.

Despite some challenges, the construction of the highway is progressing smoothly. NH-563 is 248.83 km long, with separate sections for Karimnagar-Warangal and Karimnagar-Jagtial. Junctions are planned near Jagtial and Warangal.
