The Andhra Pradesh High Court dismissed a petition filed by the Rashtriya Praja Congress (Secular) challenging the allocation of the glass tumbler symbol to the Janasena party. This decision is a relief to Janasena just before the 2024 Andhra Pradesh Elections.

A petition was filed in the High Court questioning the Election Commission of India’s decision to give Janasena the glass tumbler symbol. The AP High Court has now ruled that they will not interfere with the Election Commission’s choice to allocate the glass symbol to Janasena.
