In Prakasam district, Andhra Pradesh, a woman seriously injured her husband with a knife after a domestic dispute. The man is currently recovering in the hospital.
The injured man, Vijay Yadav, had been living in Torragudipadu, Chimakurthi Mandal, with his second wife, Sita Kumari. Both Yadav and Kumari are originally from Bihar. Yadav worked at a local dairy farm, where he met Kumari. Despite already being married, Yadav began an extramarital affair with Kumari and eventually married her.
The situation worsened when Kumari became pregnant, and Yadav allegedly started neglecting her. This led to frequent arguments between the couple. On the night of the incident, one of these arguments escalated, and Kumari attacked Yadav with a knife, injuring him in the groin.
After the attack, Kumari fled the scene but called the dairy farm owner before leaving. The police have registered a case and are currently investigating the incident. They are actively searching for Kumari.
