Hyderabad: IT Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu praised the Centre for Brahmin Excellence (CBE) for its impactful community work. He highlighted that true social service goes beyond just giving money. It requires understanding people’s needs, offering meaningful guidance, and driving positive change.
At a recent gathering at Telangana Brahmin Sadan, Sridhar Babu, as the chief guest, applauded the CBE’s efforts. He emphasized their role in mentoring future civil servants and expanding educational opportunities. He recognized retired IAS and IPS officers, along with other professionals, who voluntarily support the CBE in uplifting society.
The government, he assured, is ready to back the CBE fully. Plans are underway to introduce skill development programs in partnership with Young India Skill University.
Stressing on collective responsibility, Sridhar Babu urged for unity and value-driven progress. He reminded everyone that what we contribute to society comes back in fulfillment and goodwill, not just material wealth. He encouraged the Brahmin community to invest in future generations and rise above divisions.
In addressing false claims, he strongly defended the Telangana Brahmin Samkshema Parishad. He announced a government commitment with a Rs 25 crore allocation and promised continued support. The focus, he said, remains on the welfare of the Brahmin community.
Sridhar Babu also praised the philanthropic efforts of CBE member Narendra Kumar Kamaraju from Praneeth Constructions, who sponsored six candidates in the Civil Services Mentoring Initiative. Reflecting on his own journey, he noted that society values individuals for their moral strength and commitment to collective welfare, not just financial status.
