A heated argument took place between Government Whip Rega Kantha Rao and Bhadrachalam Congress MLA Podem Veeraiah at a program held at the RDO office in Bhadrachalam. The program was about distributing BC Bandhu. Rega Kantha Rao, Tata Madhusudhan, and Podem Veeraiah attended the program.
Podem Veeraiah complained that the beneficiaries of BC Bandhu were selected without his knowledge, even though he was involved in selecting beneficiaries in other Assembly Constituencies. Rega Kantha Rao objected to this and criticized the MLA’s comments against the government.
