Khanapur: Local MLA Vedma Bojju Patel emphasized that education is the key to improving the lives of tribal communities. He shared this message while attending the 25th anniversary celebration of the Komaram Bheem Study Circle held at the Mankapur Tribal Resource Centre in Gudihatnur mandal on Sunday.
Addressing the gathering, Patel praised the Study Circle’s mission to provide higher education to tribal youth. He said the center has helped many students gain quality education and become valuable members of society.
He urged former students who have secured jobs to give back by guiding and supporting the next generation. He also stressed the importance of preserving tribal culture and traditions and passing them on to future generations.
Patel made special mention of Venugopal, whose dedication to helping tribal students, he said, has left a lasting impact. “His contribution will always be remembered by the poor,” he added.
The MLA promised to address any issues facing the Study Circle. He assured attendees that he would speak directly with Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to seek more support for tribal students.
The event saw participation from members of the Ekalavya Foundation, alumni of the Komaram Bheem Study Circle, and several local supporters.
