Actor and businessman Akkineni Nagarjuna has spoken out against the recent demolition of his property, N Convention. He claims that the demolition was illegal because it ignored existing stay orders and ongoing court cases.

Nagarjuna expressed his deep concern about the actions taken against his property. He clarified that the land is legally recognized as Patta land, meaning it is private property. He emphasized that there was no encroachment on any tank plan and that the building is protected by a stay order against previous demolition attempts.

In his statement, Nagarjuna said that the demolition was based on misinformation. He pointed out that no notice was given before the demolition took place. He stressed his commitment to following the law and explained that if the court had ruled against him, he would have complied with the order and allowed the demolition to happen.
