Precautionary Actions Implemented Amid Heavy Rains in Ieeja Town

Gadwal: Due to the heavy rains this monsoon season, the town has taken steps to protect people and property. Earlier, authorities identified 175 houses across 20 wards that were in poor condition. The owners of these houses were given notices, asking them to take precautions to avoid any dangers caused by the heavy rains.

Today, the Mandal Tahsildar, the Sub-Inspector, and local town representatives visited the area for a closer look. During their inspection, they found 38 houses that were in very dangerous conditions. To keep the residents safe, the authorities moved them to a rehabilitation center at the Girls’ High School.

The local administration is focused on keeping everyone safe during this rainy season and asks all residents to stay alert and follow the instructions of the authorities.
