    District Superintendent of Police Riti Raj visited the rural police station in Gadwal to check the crime rate. She directed the police officers to take special action on property cases and reviewed excise, election cases, and property crime.

    Riti Raj instructed the officers to prevent property crime by working with people in the areas, installing CC cameras for community policing, and increasing patrols. Visible policing should be enhanced, with officers checking beat books daily, inspecting vehicles in the evening, and monitoring lodges at night. She also recommended that shopping complex owners and shopkeepers install CC cameras everywhere.

    The circle officer was told to transparently investigate cases in Gadwal circle without delay, ensuring thorough investigations and proactive policing. Investigation reports for election cases should be completed promptly, with charge sheets filed and CC numbers obtained without delay.

    In excise cases, FSL reports should be obtained promptly to close the cases quickly. High-tech technology should be used to execute NBWs for cases from other districts and states. Strict police escort arrangements should be made for upcoming Intermediate and SSC examination centers.

    After inspecting police records, duties, reception, vehicle parking, and surroundings of the police station, Riti Raj was briefed by Sub Inspector Parwatalu on pending cases and their progress. She instructed officials to complete pending investigations and ensure perpetrators are punished.

    DSP Satya Narayana, CI Tata Babu, SP CC Rohith Kumar, and Sub Inspectors Parwatalu, Srinivas, Rama Krishna, Vijay Kumar, Srinivas Rao, and Suresh were among those present during the morning visit.
