Congress senior leader V Hanumantha Rao wants cases filed against Congress leaders during protest programs to be dropped. He mentioned that many illegal cases were filed by the previous government, causing trouble for party leaders even after the Congress government took over in Telangana.

At a press conference in Hyderabad, VH Rao urged the Chief Minister to address the pending cases against Congress leaders and order their removal. He criticized the Chief Minister for not meeting with him to discuss this issue.

VH Rao also expressed his disappointment with the government for prioritizing leaders who recently joined the ruling party over those facing cases from the previous government. He emphasized the importance of hearing both sides and ensuring fairness for all individuals involved.
